| Contents: | Active, rehabilitating training for taking care independently of lower back and neck-shoulder areas problems. Course is organized in co-operation with YTHS. |
| Prerequisites: | Participation on courses requires registration. Once the registration is done, it is compulsory to participate on the course. If you can not participate on the course, you need to cancel your registration in Korppi- system. Cancellation has to be done five (5) days before the course starts. Please notice that if you cancel your registration from the exercise group after the valid period for cancellation has expired, it doesn’t cancel your registration from the actual course. |
