Prerequisites:	If you want to get really good personal training session, send email to Teppo Kalaja (teppo.kalaja (at )jyu.fi) and tell what kind of information you want to get: device demonstration, advices for technique, something else if you have that kind of restrictions the instructor should know if you are the beginner or not in the gym if you want to use English instead of Finnish
