[F]Tavoitteet:	The aim of the advanced studies is to develop the academic and professional skills of the students and to prepare them for careers involving international, intercultural and multicultural aspects. On completion of the advanced studies the student will be able to - relate and critically evaluate the theoretical inputs and research done in the area of intercultural communication - deeply understand and respect cultural diversity and the respective ethical mandate for individual actions - further develop his/her intercultural sensitivity - use his/her intercultural expertise for constructive participation in work life - apply independently scientific knowledge and methods in a research process - implement his/her academic competence in pursuing studies towards a PhD in intercultural communication or a related discipline.
